Power Cord comes in different draw weights and you should choose one lighter than your bows draw weight. About half to threequarters of your bow weight will allow the bowstring to move forward as you loose, but still cushion the release so you dont dry fire your bow
Aid designed to practise drawing with back tension, the elbow cup attaches via a strap and hook to the bowstring directly. The archer can feel the draw by pulling the elbow back. Good to get everything lined up too. Can be adjusted to a variety of draw lengths
